Processing time
Everything in the shop is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. Printing and packing usually takes 2-5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Everything is printed and posted by our US partners in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and Missouri, so every order, mugs and tumblers and tote bags and t-shirts and sweatshirts alike, travels out from the United States.
How long it takes
A US order is a domestic shipment: usually 3-5 business days in transit once it has been printed, so roughly one to two weeks from ordering to doorstep.
For orders outside the US we would rather be straight with you than quote a number we cannot stand behind. The parcel leaves the United States, and how long it then takes depends on the destination country and how quickly it clears customs there. Your tracking link is the honest answer once the order is on its way, and if it ever looks stuck we will chase it with you.
Over holidays and big sale weekends transit can run a little longer than usual. We'll email you if your order is affected.
Shipping costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and what's in your cart, so you see the real figure before you pay. We run free-shipping promotions now and then, and any active offer shows up in the cart automatically.
Customs, duties, and taxes
US orders ship domestically, so there are no customs charges. For orders outside the US, any import duties or taxes are set by your own country and are the customer's responsibility. We cannot calculate those for you in advance, and we do not collect them at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email. Tracking sometimes takes a day or so to start updating after the label is created, so if it looks stuck at first, give it a day before worrying.
